We get very busy and because of this we have strict rules on arrival times. We ask where you can to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to avoid any delay. We have also applied a 5 minute maximum if you are late. If you are more than 5 minutes late you may be turned away.
if you do not show up for your appointment or do not cancel more than 2 hours before your appointment you will still have to cover the cost of the appointment, This is because it is an appointment space that another customer could have taken and it is lost income for our Barbers who may not be able to fill the appointment at such short notice.
**MATCH DAYS** PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME ON FOOTBALL MATCH DAYS DUE TO INCREASED TRAFFIC IN THE AREA
PREMIUM CUT* (Out of hours) £25
*premium appointments not available during usuall working hours of 9am and 5:30pm. These appointments will be available at 6:00pm and 6:30pm Monday to Thursday then 7:00pm and 7:30pm on Fridays. These appointments are no longer available via the booking page and require in shop booking with a minimum none refundable £10 deposit "Out of Hours" time slots. Premiums are not available on a saturday. All Services are subject to a Premium Charge out of hours.
