If you arrive to your appointment with a Cold, Flu or similar you may be asked to leave and charged for your appointment as a missed appointment
Please ensure to only book an appointment if you can make it.
Any missed appointments may be charged at the rate of the service selected.
please be aware that there is cut off point to your appointment if you are late, 5 minutes for a Skin Fade or Full haircut and Beard trim, and 10 minutes for a general haircut. This will then be counted as a missed appointment which may be charged.
Some customers who cannot get the appointment they would like ask us to let them know if an appointment becomes available, we offer this to all our customers but can only do so if enough notice is given, therefore if you need to cancel please do so no less than 2 hours before.
